–    2 boiled eggs and 1 large carrot as lunch

–    ½ oven baked chicken and 1 salad with oil and lemon juice as dinner

 

Day 7

–    1 Cup of tea without sugar in your breakfast

–    Don’t have anything at your lunch just have water as much as you can

–    200g of lamb chops and 1 apple as dinner.

Day 8

–    1 cup of coffee and 1 sugar cube

–    2 boiled eggs and 400g spinach and 1 tomato as lunch

Day 9

–    Have breakfast with 1 large sliced carrot

–    Have lunch of 200g of boiled cod with lemon juice and 1 teaspoon butter

–    Have 250g roasted beef and 1 sliced celery as dinner

 

Day 13

–    Have a cup of coffee and 1 sugar cube and 1 toast slice as breakfast

–    Have 2 boiled effs and 1 large carrot

–    Have dinner with 250 g chicken and salad with oil and juice of 1 lemon
